The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for an aircraft wheel assembly torque system based on best value. Quotations will be evaluated on technical capability, past performance, and price, and must cover the entire package to be considered responsive. The government may award without interchanges, reserves the right to conduct them if needed, and may make no award at all. Quoters must be registered in SAM and Wide Area Work Flow, and include UEI, CAGE, and TIN in their quotes. Questions must be submitted via email to the contracting office.
