**Amendment 1 - Post responses to questions and extend due date.** **Amendment 2 - Post SF1449 with revised CLIN structure.** 171 MSG/MSC intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicit... **Amendment 1 - Post responses to questions and extend due date.** **Amendment 2 - Post SF1449 with revised CLIN structure.** 171 MSG/MSC intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S91-26-Q-A001, to award, without discussions, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Local Telecommunications Services. The two sites for this project are the 171st Air Refueling Wing (ARW) and 258th Combat Airfield Operations Squadron (CAOS). The 171 ARW is located at 300 Tanker Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108, and the 258 CAOS is located at 258 Airport Road, Johnstown, PA 15904. This solicitation includes the following attachments: Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quoters must carefully review the attached PWS to understand the full scope of the requirements. The Government intends to select one contractor. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation represents the best value to the Government, considering price and non-price factors (See section 52.212-2 in attached solicitation for non-price factors). However, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. The responses to this RFQ are intended to be evaluated, and award made, without discussions unless discussions are deemed necessary. Since award will be based on initial responses, quoters are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as full and open. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517111. All prospective quoters must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. All quoters must list UEI number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC, and phone number. To obtain or renew a UEI number or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award. The Period of Performance for this requirement is one (1) Base Year of twelve (12) months and four 12-month option years. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ via email by 30 October 2025 at 0900 hours (9:00 am) Eastern Time (ET). All quotes should be sent to the Contracting Office, Kaity Fuga, kaitlynn.fuga@us.af.mil, and Steve Sisneros, steven.sisneros.2@us.af.mil, before the due date and time specified. Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is considered “late”. All questions regarding the RFQ package must be submitted to the above e-mail addresses by 16 October 2025 at 1400 (2:00 pm) ET. Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered. Any questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Funds are not currently available. No award will be made until funding is received.
