This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S9120P0010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 and Defense Circular Number 20200605. This procurement is being issued for Full & Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334118 with a size standard of 1,000 EMP. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Location of performance will be at the 171st ARW of the PA Air National Guard, Coraopolis (Pittsburgh) PA. REQUIRED ITEMS: CLIN 001: Tablet matching or exceeding the specifications of an iPad Mini 5th Gen, 256GB or greater, WiFi only (NOT cellular capable); Enrolled in Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) or similar program by the vendor; DEP Customer ID: 1207562 , Air Mobility Command - QTY: 115 EA CLIN 002: Case for tablets in CLIN 001 matching or exceeding the specifications of an Otterbox Defender Case for iPad Mini 5th Gen, 256GB or greater, WiFi only (NOT cellular capable) - QTY: 65 EA CLIN 003: Case for tablets in CLIN 001 matching or exceeding the specifications of a PIVOT Case for iPad Mini 5th Gen, 256GB or greater, WiFi only (NOT cellular capable) - QTY: 50 EA Per AFARS 5101.602-2(a)(ii), this requirement is currently UNFUNDED, however this RFQ is being issued due to being a high priority requirement when there is a high probability that the requirement will not be cancelled. Quotes for Refurbished or other than New items will not be accepted. Quotes for this solicitation shall be submitted via email to michael.boyd.9@us.af.mil. Quotes will be evaluated on technical acceptability and lowest price. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
