The Government intends to select one contractor for this requirement. The basis for award is Best Value between price and non-price factors. Therefore, the Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest quoted price. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all for this requirement. The responses to this RFQ are intended to be evaluated, and an award made without discussions unless discussions are deemed to be necessary. Since the contract award will be based on initial responses, quoters are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. Quoters shall respond to this RFQ via e-mail by 2 September 2025 at 1400 hours (2:00 pm) Eastern Time (ET). All quotations should be sent to, MSgt Macy Wester, at macy.wester.1@us.af.mil, before the due date and time specified. Any quotation or revision of a quotation received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotations is “late” and may not be considered. A site visit will be conducted on 12 August 2025 at 0900 (9:00 am) Eastern Time. This is the only time a site visit will be held. All interested vendors are encouraged to attend. See the SF1449 for base access requirements. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted to the above e-mail address no later than 19 August 2025 at 0900 hours (9:00 am) ET. Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered. Any questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Please see the SF1449 and its attachments for additional details. This sources sought seeks to identify responsible potential sources to remove the current LED sign and provide and install a new Electronic Message Center (EMC) LED outdoor sign at the main gate to communicate important base-wide information such as safety alerts, event notifications, and operational updates to Airman, staff and visitors. This sources sought is being issued under NAICS Code 339950 Sign Manufacturing and PSC 9905 Signs, Advertising Displays and Identification Plates. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award.
