The purpose of the sources sought notice is to identify available authorized businesses to provide Concrete, Stone and Asphalt to Biddle ANGB in Horsham, PA. This sources sought seeks to identify responsible potential sources to provide delivery of Concrete, Stone and Asphalt on an as needed basis as part of a Blanket Purchase Agreement over a five (5) year period with an estimated start date of 1 May 2025. Additional details on the specifications of the required materials are listed on the attached Paving Materials List. Even if all items listed cannot be supplied, responses are requested for partial fulfillment. This sources sought is being issued under NAICS Codes 324121 – Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing and 327320 – Ready Mix Concrete Manufacturing and PSC 5610 – Mineral Construction Related Materials. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested currently. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. A responsible potential source shall have registered in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov. Responders to this notice are requested to provide Business name and address, CAGE code, size classification, socioeconomic classification based on NAICS size standard, a point of contact and what identified products your company can provide.
