MSCT Servers Delivery is projected to be: Within 30 days of contract award, FFP The office of the Oregon National Air Guard (ORANG), 173 Mission Support Contracting has a requirement for three (3) workstations to upgrade the current MSCT system. The purpose of this requirement is for the contractor to supply to the Operations Squadron workstations that meet the salient characteristics outlined within the solicitation. The complete solicitation will be posted on or about 30 July 2025. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is anticipated as a 100% small business set aside procurement and competition is expected. Principle NAICS is 334111 and size standard is 1250 employees. This acquisition by the Oregon Air Guard is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. These are commercial products. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically on Contracting Opportunities, website https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
