Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a requirement for liquid runway deicer to maintain airfield conditions for the Oregon Air National Guard, 173rd Fighter Wing. The performance period for deliveries is projected to be from October 2025 to October 2030, with services performed at that Oregon location. The acquisition is set aside for Small Business program participants only and will be competitive. The complete solicitation is projected to be posted in June 2025 and will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
