Environmental Support Services Period of Performance is projected to be: 9-month Base and four 12-month option years, FFP The office of the Oregon National Air Guard (ORANG), 173 Mission Support Contracting has a requirement for Environmental Support Services. The purpose of this requirement is for contractor to support the Civil Engineering Squadron to accomplish mission critical goals and ensure environmental compliance with all environmental programs. Complete Solicitation will be posted on or about 24 July 2024. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is set aside for Small Business program participants only and will be on a competitive basis. Principle NAICS is 541620 and size standard is $19,000.00. The This acquisition Oregon Air Guard is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. These are commercial services. Environmental Support Services predominately occurs at Kingsley Field ANGB, OR. Due to the nature of the services required, on-site performance of services is required. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
