Interested firms please complete the attached information form and forward to TSgt Clifford Berry at clifford.berry.1@us.af.mil. The Portland Air National Guard requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for crane services with a five (5) year ordering period. Specifically, crane services required for air craft removal from runway in the event an aircraft is rendered immobile. Contractor will be required to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to execute crane services required under each BPA Call. Contractor shall maintain the ability to provide twenty-four hour response to the Portland Air National Guard Base in the event emergency crane services are required. The anticipated call limit for this BPA is $25,000.00 with a master call limit of $200,000.00. See attached Sources Sought Document for additional information.
