The 142nd Wing intends to establish multiple lodging venues with the local hotel industry in support of its ongoing mission requirements. The following constitutes a Presolicitation notice for the Full and Open action with geographic restriction W50S8Y22Q5000. The 142nd Wing currently has an immediate requirement for multiple lodging venues with the local hotel industry. The venue is to be located within a 10-mile radius from the 142d Wing, 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland, OR 97218. The Government will use the website at https://www.google.com/maps to determine the distance of the lodging facility to the 142nd. The “Start” position must be the 142d Wing and the lodging facility’s address will be used as the “End” position. The shortest distance as calculated by this tool will be used. The lodging room rentals offered must meet applicable Department of Defense lodging adequacy standards (or better) as outlined at the Defense Travel Management Office, Commercial Lodging Website at https://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/site/lodging.cfm. The Solicitation notice will be accessible to the public and permit electronic response on the 142nd Wing, Contract Business Opportunities Website for 14 days on or about November 3, 2021.
