The 142nd Wing, Mission Support Contracting Office, Portland Air National Guard Base is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 142nd Wing, Mission Support Contracting Office, Portland Air National Guard Base is seeking potential Contractors who have the skills, experience and knowledge required to renovate its Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Building 170 on Portland Air National Guard Base. Scope of work is the renovation of the Emergency Operations Center to include the removal of interior walls, repairing sheet rock and paint, relocating electrical, replacing carpet, installing doors, removing stages and relocating a thermostat in accordance with the ensuing Solicitation (W50S8Y21R5007-B170 EOC Renovation) and attached Statement of Work/Project Drawings. Statement of Work/ Project Drawings will be provided in ensuing Solicitation: W50S8Y-21-R-5007. 90 Day-Period of Performance upon Notice to Proceed. Work to be performed on 142nd Wing Installation. 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland, OR 97218. Total Small Business Set-Aside. Government Furnished Equipment will not be available for this effort. The Contractor is responsible to provide all personnel, services, facilities, technical expertise and materials. Project Magnitude: $100,000 - $250,000 The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which has a corresponding size standard of $39.5M. Interested firms are to complete pages 1-2 of the Sources Sought Information Request Form. In addition firms are encouraged to include the following information: (1) A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime Contractor. (2) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for Government and private industry. (3) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
