The Oregon Air National Guard located in Portland, Oregon will conduct a Strong Bonds (SB) Couples Training Event on 24-26 September 2021. The SB Coordinator is seeking a FEMA registered facility to accommodate lodging, conference and dining accommodations to include catering for 20 couples, and 2 staff, plus one spouse. Per current state regulations, as this event is considered a “religious gathering”, venues are allowed to accommodate a maximum of 50 persons in the meeting space. Total estimate of people is 43 Adults/ 22 rooms in a resort-like atmosphere outside of the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area and within 180 miles of the Portland Air National Guard Base. The Portland Air National Guard has an upcoming requirement for a venue to hold a strong bonds event (couples retreat). Total estimate of people is 43 Adults/ 22 rooms in a resort-like atmosphere outside of Portland, Oregon and within 180 miles of the Portland Air National Guard Base. Meeting Spaces and Meals will also be required as part of this event. The dates for the event are 24-26 September 2021.Per Diem rates based on locality will be requested for this event.
