The Portland Air National Guard Base in Portland, Oregon and the 116th ACS at Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Oregon require Local Telecommunications Services (LTS). The LTS will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). Telecommunications Services shall include, at a minimum but not limited to: local access for Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface's (PRI’s); local exchange trunks; transport channels; point-to-point circuits; Commercial Subscriber Lines (CSLs) and features; Direct Inward Dial directory numbers (DIDs) and number portability; local and Intra-Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) access; and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier.
