This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified, to perform document shredding and disposal services, as defined in the PWS. The Oregon Air National Guard has a responsibility to safeguard against the breach of Personally Identifiable Information and other controlled unclassified information. As a result there is a requirement for specialized document destruction services to be performed at various sites on the Portland Air National Guard Base.
