Sources Sought Information Request Project Name: Freefall Parachute Container Bags Brief Description: ORARNG 125 STS requires 100 Each freefall parachute bags in accordance with the following salient characteristics: Shall be constructed of no less than 1000 denier Cordura nylon Shall have four large external pockets for containment of SL-3 items Shall have transparent external pocket for annotation of contents Shall have a top and 2 side carrying handles Shall have integrated removable cinch top stuff sack Shall have top and side compression straps Shall have large padded adjustable (backpack style) shoulder strap with center cinch Shall have a large top zipper for access to primary internal compartment Primary internal compartment should not smaller than 6150 cu in and not larger than 7000 cu in All seams should be binding tape reinforced Bottom and all four corners should be reinforced with second layer of 1000 denier Cordura All components of bag and construction should be capable of containing 120lbs while moving for extended periods of time If you are able to provide similar parachute bags that do not meet every characteristic but are still interested in fulfilling this requirement please provide item descriptions along with the characteristics that are/ are not met.
