The USPFO for California intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal construction services to build a Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) simulator facility at Moffett Air National Guard Base in Mountain View, California. The project will provide an approximately 8,202 gross-square-foot building with a multi-story high bay for the CRH-OFT simulator and a single-story area for mission planning, briefing/debriefing rooms, administrative and training support areas, OFT maintenance and parts storage, secure/non-secure telecom rooms, latrines, and mechanical/electrical/utility support rooms using conventional design and construction. The contract includes all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary.
