The 129th Rescue Wing at Moffett ANGB requires the provision of physical therapy, rehabilitation, strength conditioning and resiliency services (collectively, "Human Performance Optimization Services") for Combat Rescue Officers (CROs) and Pararescuemen (PJs) assigned to the 131st Rescue Squadron, as described in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance.
