The 129th Rescue Wing requires the delivery and installation of an electric motorized 5-ton capacity top running single girder crane with trolley mounted hoist in Air Terminal Warehouse, Room 145, Building 665 at Moffett ANGB, Santa Clara County, California, to permit the safe lifting and movement of materials and equipment throughout the warehouse. Work shall conform to the attached Statement of Work and Specification. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the vendor whose quote conforms to all material requirements of this solicitation and is the lowest priced (i.e., price-only evaluation). A site visit is scheduled for 11:00 AM PDT on Thursday, August 26th. Vendors wishing to attend the site visit shall provide the names of all personnel attending (max 2 per vendor) by email to devin.kimsey.1@us.af.mil not later than noon on Tuesday, August 24th. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. All quotes are due by email to both dana.johnson.16@us.af.mil and devin.kimsey.1@us.af.mil no later than the due date specified in this notice.
