The 129th Rescue Wing requires the delivery and installation of two (2) electric motorized 6-Ton top running single girder bridge cranes with two (2) 3-Ton hoists on each bridge, capable of operating independently or in sync, located in the jet engine shop room 149 in Building 652 at Moffett ANGB, Santa Clara County, California, to permit the safe lifting and movement of materials and equipment throughout the shop. Work shall be performed in accordance with attached Statement of Work and Specification. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the vendor whose quote conforms to all material requirements of this solicitation and is the lowest priced (i.e., price-only evaluation). A site visit is scheduled for 10:00-11:00 AM PDT on Thursday, August 26th. Vendors wishing to attend the site visit shall provide the names of all personnel attending (max 2 per vendor) by email to devin.kimsey.1@us.af.mil not later than noon on Tuesday, August 24th. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
