The 129th Rescue Wing requires the delivery and installation of an electric motorized 2.5-ton capacity top running single girder crane with trolley mounted hoist in Vehicle Management Facility (VMF) Building 668 at Moffett ANGB, Santa Clara County, California, to permit the safe lifting and movement of materials (e.g., engines, drums, etc.) throughout the shop. Work shall be performed in accordance with attached Statement of Work and Specification. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the vendor whose quote conforms to all material requirements of this solicitation and is the lowest priced (i.e., price-only evaluation). A site visit is scheduled for 9:00-10:00 AM PDT on Thursday, August 26th. Vendors wishing to attend the site visit shall provide the names of all personnel attending (max 2 per vendor) along with vehicle information (make, model, color, license plate state and number) by email to devin.kimsey.1@us.af.mil not later than noon on Tuesday, August 24th. Vendors should be prepared to provide any additional personnel information required for clearance to enter the installation. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. All quotes are due by email to dana.johnson.16@us.af.mil and devin.kimsey.1@us.af.mil no later than the due date specified in this notice. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise the submission due date. This had to be changed for end of the fiscal year funding planning. Please include a statement of this amendment or return a sign copy of the attached amendment with your quote submission. If acknowledgement or a signed copy is not returned with your quote, it will be considered unresponsive.
