Request for Proposal Polaris Servicing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is W50S8X-20-R-0011 and is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05 (30 March 2020). This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811490, “OTHER PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE” is applicable. The Small Business Size Standard is $7,500,000.00. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for all services detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS); see Attachment 1. The successful offeror shall provide the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for the specified performance periods. The CLINS are also detailed on Attachment 2, Proposal Coversheet. CLIN 0001 POLARIS SERVICING – BASE PERIOD The Contractor shall provide PREVENTATIVE INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE for twelve (12) Polaris (brand) Utility Task Vehicles (UTV) in support of the 129th Rescue Wing. All work shall conform to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Base Period – Fiscal Year 2020 CLIN 0002 CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING – FY20 The Contractor shall provide CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING for BASE PERIOD labor provided during the Government’s Fiscal Year 2020. All reporting shall be accomplished in accordance with Paragraph 4.4 of the attached PWS. Base Delivery – No later than 31 October 2020 CLIN 0003 CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING – FY21 The Contractor shall provide CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING for BASE PERIOD labor provided during the Government’s Fiscal Year 2021. All reporting shall be accomplished in accordance with Paragraph 4.4 of the attached PWS. Option Period 4 Delivery – No later than 31 October 2024 CLIN 4003 CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING – FY25 The Contractor shall provide CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING for OPTION PERIOD 4 labor provided during the Government’s Fiscal Year 2025. All reporting shall be accomplished in accordance with Paragraph 4.4 of the attached PWS.
