The roof needs repaired. Drawings depicting the original design sections for the roofs are attached to this solicitation and can be used as a general overview of the existing roof structure. The work entails installing SPF over approximately 90% of the roof, 10% full-depth SPF repair (see details in drawings). Replace all flashing and cap throughout the roof system. The contractor shall protect all existing roof-top components such as, but not limited to, HVAC units, antennas, and appurtenances. All gutters and downspouts are to be replaced and painted to match existing building. Specifications for the SPF, flashing, gutters and downspouts are included with this solicitation. All demolished material becomes property of the contractor and must be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
