This is a pre-solicitation notice to identify all prospective offerors in the procurement of DPEZ189031 for the Construct of the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance and Emergency Management Facility ... This is a pre-solicitation notice to identify all prospective offerors in the procurement of DPEZ189031 for the Construct of the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance and Emergency Management Facility at the Air National Guard in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This project constructs an approximate 6,100 square foot stand-alone facility. The new facility will incorporate all modern amenities as depicted on the plans and specifications made part of this contract. Other site conditions include airfield pavement (13” concrete) and impervious surfaces. All work will be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations including the following Wyoming Public Works Standards, Wyoming Dept. of Environmental Quality regulations, International Building and Electrical Code, and In compliance with any other federal, state, and/or authority having jurisdiction codes and ordinances, DoD and National Guard Bureau regulations, and all industry standards. This acquisition will be set aside for a total women owned small business contract. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The formal solicitation is expected to be released on or about July 1, 2021 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.beta.sam.gov. Proposal will be due thirty (30) days after the solicitation release date. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract for Construction of a Security Forces Facility at the Wyoming Air National Guard. The period of performance will be eleven (11) months. Based on funding there will be six Option CLINS for additional work to include: - Demo Building 32 - Install 6ft padding on walls in simulator room - Install motorized shades in the simulator room and EM storage - Install partition wall in classroom - Install shelving in warehouse and janitor closet - Install drywall on CMU walls When the solicitation is posted it is imperative that interested parties review the site frequently for any updates and/or amendments. Paper copies will not be available. IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, all prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
