Document Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation #: W50S8W-21-R-0002 Requirement Title: DPEZ029038 Security Forces Facility Post Date: March 17, 2021 Set-Aside: Women Owned Small Business NAICS Code: 236220 Magnitude of Project: Between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 Contracting Office Address: Wyoming Air National Guard (WY-ANG) 217 Dell Range Blvd. Cheyenne, WY 82009 This is a pre-solicitation notice to identify all prospective offerors in the procurement of DPEZ029038 for the Construct of the Security Forces Facility at the Air National Guard in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This project constructs an approximate 9,600 square foot stand-alone facility. The new facility will incorporate all modern amenities as depicted on the plans and specifications made part of this contract. Other site conditions include airfield pavement (13” concrete) and impervious surfaces. All work will be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations including the following Wyoming Public Works Standards, Wyoming Dept. of Environmental Quality regulations, International Building and Electrical Code, and In compliance with any other federal, state, and/or authority having jurisdiction codes and ordinances, DoD and National Guard Bureau regulations, and all industry standards. This acquisition will be set aside for a total women owned small business contract. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The formal solicitation is expected to be released on or about March 30, 2021 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.beta.sam.gov. Proposal will be due thirty five (35) days after the solicitation release date. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract for Construction of a Security Forces Facility at the Wyoming Air National Guard. The period of performance will be thirteen (13) months. Based on funding there will be seven Option CLINS for additional work to include: Demo Building 15 Reroute Fiber Optic Install Drywall Install Shelving Install Lockers Install Terrazzo Symbol Install Skylights. When the solicitation is posted it is imperative that interested parties review the site frequently for any updates and/or amendments. Paper copies will not be available. IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, all prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Failure to provide proof of registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. FAR Clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting is applicable to this requirement.
