This notice does not commit the Government contractually for any services or supplies whatsoever. The Wyoming Air National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, seeks information from vendors’ that are capable of providing Aviation operations support including the coordination, execution and oversight of aviation operations at Camp Guernsey, WY. To include Aviation Base Operations Support, Aviation Mission Support, Transient Alert Duties and Tasks, and Aerial Delivery Duties and Tasks. The Wyoming Air National Guard is seeking responses from all responsible 8(a) certified vendors under NAICS 488119, Other Airport Operations only. The specific purpose of this notice is to determine if there are certified 8(a) small businesses; within the parameters identified above. Interested vendors’ that believe they can meet the minimum requirement(s) should submit electronic copies of their capability statement(s) to Desiree Santos, Contract Specialist at desiree.santos.2@us.af.mil . Responses should include the minimum following information: Name and DUNS or CAGE Code of organization that will provide the requirement. Any Relevant information that is not listed above in-which the Government may consider in developing its minimum requirements and finalizing its market research. Any proprietary information should be clearly marked. Only electronic statements will be accepted. All responses to this notice shall be submitted via email by the required Response Date. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information or comments received from potential sources resulting from this Sources Sought. This is not a Request for Information. The Government will not provide a response to questions as a part of this Sources Sought. Responses shall not include classified data. And proprietary information, if any, shall be kept to a minimum and SHALL BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, SEGREGATE proprietary information. Be advised that all submissions will become Government property and will not be returned.
