IAW with FAR 36.204(c), the disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The NAICS code is 237310 with a small busines size standard of $39.5M. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. SYNOPSIS – IFB SDVOSB Set-aside Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Classification Code Z – Maintenance, Repair, or Alteration of Real Property NAICS Code: 237310- Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Set Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business The 167th Airlift Wing intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to repaint roadway center lines, stop lines, edge lines, and parking lines; remove rubber buildup on runway; and demo and repaint center line and edge lines of taxiway at 222 Sabre Jet Blvd Martinsburg, WV 25401. All work shall comply with trade standards, all applicable codes and UFCs to include but not be limited to UFC 3-270-01 and UFC 3-190-06. The contract duration is 70 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states “By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees”.
