Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Breathing Air System - SCBA Fill Station FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND WILL BE AWARDED ONCE FUNDS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S8V-24-Q0012 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 333413 and a small business size standard of 500 employees. The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for Breathing Air System - SCBA Fill Station. This requirement is being requested based on price alone without discussions being held. To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications listed in the saliant characteristics. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions. SECTION C – Descriptions and Specifications This requirement is for the purchase and installation of a Breathing Air System - SCBA Fill Station. ALL QUOTED PRODUCTS MUST MEET THE SALIANT CHARACTERISTICS LISTED IN ATTACHMENT I TO BE CONSIDERED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (PoP): 90 Days ARO, may be increased if necessary.
