Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than midnight 30 Sept 2023. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the Invitation for Bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price.

Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The West Virginia Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Renovation of Buildings 119, 121, 134, 139, and 303 at the 167th Airlift Wing in Martinsburg, WV. This project will include fire alarm monitoring, speaker systems, electrical, flooring, painting, door replacement, shelving, etc. The contract duration will be 150 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 2 June 2023. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or-about 20 June 2023, 0900 local time, location to be provided in the solicitation. Any work that a similarly situated entity further subcontracts will count towards the prime contractor’s 85 percent subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded”. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Martinsburg Air National Guard Base, West Virginia intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract for the “Base-wide Interior Renovations”. Work consists of the following: fire alarm monitoring systems and speaker systems, HVAC, electrical, flooring, office shelving, door installation, plumbing, and overhead doors.
