Amendment 0002 - This solicitation has been amended to include the attachmed Q&A document. Offerors must reference the Q&A to ensure all variables that may affect pricing. Additional pictures of the project site have been atttached for further clarification of site conditions. The quantity in the CLIN 0001 description within the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation; narrative changed to read "9 of the 18 will be double blinds". In addition, the solicitation period is extended to 22 July 2022 to allow for potential site visit(s). Amendment 0001 - This solicitation has been amended to change the quantity in the CLIN 0001 description within the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation from 16 to 18 and adding the narrative that 5 of the 18 will be double blinds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S8V-22-Q-0009 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 DATED 26 May 2022. This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 337920 and a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for the purchase of window blinds/sun shades in the Air Traffic Control Tower at the Eastern Regional Airport in Martinsburg, WV. Quotations received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated by price alone. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions and in accordance with the attached Solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW).
