The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 2.1 as Government Furnished, to perform Air Compressor Maintenance Services, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Perform preventive maintenance checks on four (4) air compressor machines, recommended by the machine manufacturer. Air Compressor Model Numbers and Serial Numbers are as follows: Ingersoll Rand SSR UP6-40-125/5158U09336 Chicago Pneumatic CPC50G/API122317 Sullivan Palatek 100UDGJ-TE/08C042 Chicago Pneumatic CPD75G/API177250The contractor shall: Provide annual major preventive maintenance services that will include: Inspection of all valves, filters, compressed air components, mechanical equipment, electrical, hoses, dust collectors and interlocks to ensure that they are performing in accordance with the manufacturer’s intent. Lubrication of all motors, shafts and moving parts as needed. Cleaning of all after-coolers, radiators and any other cooling device associated with air compressors. Changing of all oil and filters (to include in-line filters) in (or associated) with each compressor in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. Contractor will provide and dispose of all oil and filters in accordance with all federal, state and base guidance. Once all service checks are complete, the contractor shall advise the technical representative at the 167th of any defective or worn parts that could cause compressor failure. REMOVE AND INSTALL NEW AIR EVAPORATOR - Remove one each Ingersoll Rand D300IN air dryer and dispose of it IAW all federal, state and local requirements. The removal will consist of unhooking all electrical connections, pneumatic piping and drain piping. The old air dryer must be disposed of at a proper disposal site that does not include the 167th Airlift Wing. Purchase and reinstall a new Ingersoll Rand D300IN or equivalent. The installation includes hooking up and/or modification of all electrical wiring, pneumatic piping and drain piping to comply with all federal, state and local codes. Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (CMRA): The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the National Guard Bureau via a secure data collection site. The contractor shall completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/. Reporting inputs shall be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2013.
