A Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be established for a three-year ordering period (October 31, 2026 – October 30, 2029) with 3–5 small businesses to provide lodging for Air National Guard members in Tulsa, OK. Lodging properties must be within 20 driving miles of 9100 E 46th St N, Tulsa, OK 74115. The procurement is 100% small business set-aside, and awards will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. No third-party vendors will be considered, and firms must be registered with SAM. Invoicing will be through WAWF/PIEE, and successful offers may require a facility inspection.
