The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing this Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the upgrade of the force protection at Air National Guard Base in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This is a total small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). "Funds are not presently available for this contract.
