Generator and electrical Upgrade The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the upgrading the generator and electric components in Air National Guard Base in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). Persons who intend to bid are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference, 5 May 2022 at 1:00 central time; see FAR 52.236-27 in the document titled W50S8U-22-B-0002 for more details. Requests for Information (RFIs) must be received by the government by 1300 hours on 19 May 2022 using the attached RFI Template. "Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than 30 Sep 2022. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list award if funds become available and the prices received are within an aw ardable range. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government consideringing only price and price related factors."
