It will also require contractors to provide temporary equipment (boilers and chillers) to maintain 70°F in affected facilities from the date of award. Options include: Replacing the hydronic system with split systemin Building 318, Replace RTU and split system and modify ductwork at Building402 and replacing the boiler in Building 301. This IFB also includes a Brand Name Justification and Requirement for the use of Automated Logic Controls (ALC) Systems. All work is IAW the provided drawings and specifications provided with the solicitation.
