Approximately 1235 sy of concrete is to be replaced. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237310. This is a total small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). "Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than 30 Sep 2022. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the lowest price acceptable and is most advantageous to the Government consideringing only price and price related factors."
