The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for potential futures needs including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract to build a “Commercial Inspection Facility.” The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 27 May 2021 at 9:00AM CST. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request form (attached to this notice) (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish this contract. The base is located at 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115 The project will involve constructing a commercial inspection facility on the East property of the Tulsa ANG main base and city of Tulsa right of way. Work will consist of approximately a 300 SF gatehouse, 1200 SF inspection canopy, 8100 SY of pavement, active vehicle barriers, passive cable barrier, fencing and supporting utilities. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
