The 137th SOW at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base (WRANGB) is preparing to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to vendors who can provide boxed lunches to support Drill Training Assembly on different and various weekends and/or other occasions. Delivery details will be established once a Call is placed against an awarded BPA. Please provide your best rates for the listed CLINs. See attached solicitation. Clause 52.212-18 applies: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Additionally, all meals shall be prepared locally and delivered to WRANGB.
