This notice is for planning purposes only. The 137 SOCES is conducting market research by posting a sources sought to determine what contractors are capable of performing the below: The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, materials, supervision and labor necessary, in accordance with applicable codes and regulations, to replace gates and associated gate hardware to include gate opener motors, gate tracks, gate guides, gate stops, gate catches, chain link fabric, barbed wire, etc. The new gate shall provide sufficient security against unauthorized entry to Will Rogers Air National Guard Base and or restricted areas. The scope of work is broke out into Base Bid and Option 1. Base Bid includes Replacing 4 automatic gates and 2 manual gates. Option 1 is to repair some Rip-Rap along the boundary fence. If your company is capable of providing the services necessary and would be interested please submit a capabilities statement, highlighting your business size with special attention to Small Business status. This is only market research, the 137th SOCES intends to issue a solicitation at a later date. In the event that adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
