The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is to gain knowledge of potential sources for potential futures needs including interested Small Business sources. This is for market research only and to engage industry early in our Acquisition Planning process. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. We are needing to know if your business can design work spaces and install office furniture for specific locations at the 137th Will Rogers Air National Guard Base (WRANGB) in the Oklahoma City area. Please advise your capabilities in terms of furniture installation and office space design. The base is located at 5921 Mobility Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73179. We are specifically trying to identify businesses within the Oklahoma City Area. RFI to industry: We have provided a draft Statement of Work (SOW) that we are requesting industry to provide feedback on. Please provide any feedback, questions, or clarifications regarding the draft SOW in your response to this SSS to help us better understand the industry for office space design and furniture installation. Additionally, please provide a Company CAGE Code or DUNS number with your response. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for a future project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. No facsimile responses will be honored. *Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds applies i.e., “Funds are not presently available for this contract. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.”
