The 137th SOW at Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) Oklahoma City, OK 73179; is preparing to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to a vendor for Epoxy Floor Coating. The work to be accomplished under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials, accessories, and incidentals necessary to apply epoxy coating to concrete floors in rooms 116,117,118,119, and 120 of Building 1007. The proposal shall be broke out into two seperate line items. CLIN 0001: RMs 116,117,118 CLIN 0002: RMs 119,120 The project will consist of furniture move, demolition and new construction. Clause 52.212-18 applies: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. See Attached SF1449 and Statement of Work.
