This requirement is for High Expansion Foam Testing Servies in the Hangar of Bldg. 1011 at 137th SOW Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City, OK. Contractor shall perform Biannual Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of High Expansion Foam System in Building 1011 as outlined in UFC 3-601-02 and IAW the attached PWS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma Air National Guard (OKANG) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for High Expansion Foam (HEF) Testing Services in Building 1011. The solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Request for Quotation (RFQ) W50S8T-21-R-0007, for a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract. All RFQ's shall be received by Ryan Moehle at ryan.moehle@us.af.mil the Contracting Officer before 1000 hrs. CDT on 3 June 2021.
