The 137th SOCE is conducting market research to determine what companies can perform a Cross Connections Survey at the 137th Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City, OK. Requirement: The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, materials, supervision and labor necessary, in accordance with applicable codes and regulations, to perform a cross connection survey, produce a report, and recommend high hazard repairs. This survey involves inspecting and analyzing the domestic water system for all facilities and equipment on the base. The report will include recommended repairs for unprotected cross connections. The survey and report will be performed using certified backflow/cross-connection technicians meeting the qualifications set by the local, state, federal, and industry standards.
