This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 137th SOW Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) is soliciting vendors to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Radio Trunking requirements as listed in the Specifications required by 137th Communications Flight. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote and will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Alternatives will not be accepted. Clause 52.212-18 applies: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings.
