Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 137th SOW Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) is prepared to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for EROS MC10 Oxygen Mask Regulators and EROS MXP210 Smoke Goggles compatible with the MC-12 Aircraft IAW the Statement of Work. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote and will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. **This is an urgent requirement therefore solicitation may close early if adequate competition is received** Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings.
