The 137th SOLRS at Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) is preparing to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to a vendor for a stackable frontload commercial/industrial grade Washer-Extractor & Dryer. The desired delivery is 60 days ADC (After Date of Contract). For further information please see attached: W50S8T21Q0001 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Statement of Work. Clause 52.212-18 applies: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)-Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingentupon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
