This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract to "OK MATOC." Construction Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, construction and design-build services in support of the National Guard activities in the State of Oklahoma. These will be multi-disciplined contracts consisting of a Base Award Period of two calendar years, and three one year option periods. The total contract period, including options, shall not exceed five calendar years. Disclosure of the magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000.00 All interested concerns will provide this office, (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form attached, and (3) a listiing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. The entire notification shall not exceed five total pages including Sources Sought Information Request Form. Please provide documentation by 4:00pm cst on Nov 18, 2019.
