The 137th SOW is conducting Market Research to determine who can provide MC-12 Pilot Simulator Training. The 137 Special Operations Group at Will Rogers ANGB, Oklahoma City, OK is in need of a flight training program to teach initial and refresher instruction to pilots on the King Air 350, the civilian variant of our assigned MC-12W MDS. Additionally, we look to utilize the level D simulators with either a commercial instructor (Wet SIM), or our own instructor pilots (Dry SIM) to accomplish training requirements outside of the scope of the initial and refresher training courses. A draft Performance Work Statement is being attached for industry review and comment. If your company provides this kind of pilot training please respond with a Capability Statement outlining your training program equipment, experience, and curriculum. Also, note if your company is a small business and provide your UEI and CAGE Code as part of your response. Please see attached draft PWS for further review and comment.
