The 137 Operations Group (OG), mission is to maintain world-wide deployment capability 365 days per year. The squadrons that make up the OG are required to maintain all logistical detachment (LOGDET) equipment in order to accomplish that mission. Planning for sustained deployment rotations requires each squadron to maintain a portion of 3 fully mission capable LOGDETs. Each LOGDET is required to have 3 All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) / Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTXs) up to and including all parts and fluids needed to maintain the vehicles. The 137 SOSS requires six (6) additional Side-by-Side style ATVs to reach 3 fully mission capable logistical detachments. Shall provide 6 Side-by-Side All-Terrain Vehicles. The preferred UTV is Can Am Defender Max Limited in Stone Gray or Desert Tan & Timeless Black. Delivery is in Oklahoma City, OK at the 137th SOW located at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base. Two UTV's are needed for immediate deployment within 30 days of contract award or sooner if possible in order to meet the first deployment rotation. The additional 4 ATVs can be delivered within 150 days of contract award. Vendors will be evaluated on the ability to delivery within the specified time limits and the lowest price found technically acceptable. If you have questions please contact: Capt.
