The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is to gain knowledge of potential Small Business sources that can satisfy the 285th SOIS need for an Expeditionary Processing Exploitation Dissemination (ExPED) Trailer requirement with particular consideration for Small Business companies. All interested should respond. This is for market research only and to engage industry early in our Acquisition Planning process. This notice is for planning purposes only. We need to know if your business can provide a customized trailer to satisfy the needs of the 285th at the Will Rogers Air National Guard Base (WRANGB) in the Oklahoma City area. Attached is a Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for consideration. The base is located at 5921 Mobility Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73179. All size of companies may reply with capability statements however please clearly identify your Small Business status within your response. Additionally, provide a Company CAGE Code or UEI number with your response. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for a future project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to: ryan.moehle@us.af.mil Include the following in the subject line- ‘Sources Sought 285th ExPED Trailer”. No facsimile responses will be honored. *Clause 52.232-18 Availability of Funds applies i.e., “Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.” This posting is for market research only.
