The 137th SOW is conducting Market Research to determine what companies are available in Oklahoma that can provide event and conference coordination for various events. Those events may include, but not limited to the following: Strong Bond weekends, Yellow Ribbon events, recreational activities, conferences, family days, etc... The event planning company would be needed to fully organize, coordinate, and execute (turn key) requirements that may be needed by the unit. This could included space rental, catering, transporation, etc... Additionally, the company would be responsible for all associated costs until satisfactory completion of the event. This is only Market Research so if your company can provide such turn key organization and coordination of events please provide a capabilities statement and include your CAGE Code & Duns number for SAM registration reference.
